There was a time I wanted to actually be this person so bad. That was a long time ago. A time when I couldn't even understand what he was singing about. But there was something about his songs that captivated me. Maybe he and his band just looked 'COOL'.
In addition, my brother played a part in influencing me to like this man and his band. My brother of course did not do that intentionally. What ever the reason I've liked this man and his band for as long as I can remember. Coincidentally, the band was formed on the year that I was born in.
It's hard to say 'this is what like about this man'. But he does things that I too would love to do in this world. He does a lot more than singing. He goes around the world and organizes charities. He goes around and shakes hands with politicians and talks to them about peace and aids. A rock star's usual approach towards anything is to be rebellious. This man is different.
